Can I consult online?
Yes. Online consultations are available through an agreed channel such as WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom.
Do you consult patients outside Mumbai?
Yes. Patients across India and internationally may request an online consultation, subject to operational availability.
How are medicines delivered?
Medicines may be dispatched by courier where applicable. The clinic team will confirm availability, delivery details and any jurisdiction-specific limitations.
How do follow-ups work?
Follow-ups review your progress and allow the care plan to be adjusted where appropriate. They may take place online or in person.
